There’s something magical about yoga outdoors… feet in the grass, birds singing, letting your body flow with the breeze… yum!

If that’s not enticing enough then SIP, the vineyard’s coffee shop, will be open in time for the end of our session, so why not extend your morning of self care and treat yourself to a delicious coffee and cake - it would be rude not to when they taste so good!

Bex has a very calming aura. She gave clear instructions, that as a beginner, I found easy to follow. The environment was beautiful. We listened to birds singing, looked at the beautiful surroundings and couldn’t help but relax. A wonderful experience.

I did the outdoor yoga at Pattingham Vineyard, even though the forecast wasn't good it was lovely to do yoga outdoors under the canopy tent, it allowed for such a pretty and calming view. It was a lovely, mixed groups of ladies and Bex was lovely, she took her time with the different positions explaining simply how to do them and do what feels right for you, no rushing between positions, all very calm but also light-hearted. I've never been keen on yoga as the leisure centre ones were too fast and I couldn't get the hang of the positions, this has changed my mind, I felt really good after the session and look forward to doing it again.

I’ve been wanting to do the outdoor yoga since it started so was very pleased to see a Sunday date had been added (thank you) the location is beautiful and the session was very enjoyable. Bex explained the movements and I felt chilled. The weather decided to throw some wind and rain at us which added to the experience.
