Join me for this 10 week Summer term where we journey through the chakras, Core Strength Vinyasa stylee!
Combining a strong, slow flow with breathwork and meditation practices within an hour long session, this is open for every body who isn’t pregnant and 16+, all abilities welcome!
Term runs from Monday 28th April until Monday 14th July, 6:15-7:15pm, with a break over the Bank Holidays.
