Join me for this 6 week Winter term where we journey through the foundations of Core Strength Vinyasa!
Combining a strong, slow flow with breathwork and meditation practices within an hour long session, this is open for every body who isn’t pregnant and 16+, all abilities welcome!
Term runs from Friday 15th November until Friday 20th December, 11am-12pm.
Parking is available at the front of the studio.
Please dress comfortably, and bring a drink - water is available on site, and if you fancy a tea, bring along a mug!
Mats and props will be provided, but please bring your own if you prefer them!

You can book at the start of the term or at anytime during, with pro rata pricing automatically set
Look out for one-off trial sessions. When made available, you can book a trial before committing to the rest of the term.
It is up to you how many weeks you join, but don’t leave it too long, as you may risk sessions selling out!
